Taz, June Pet of the Month
Taz is a 2 1/2 year old super sweet kitty who has been battling skin issues for many months. His nose, ears, and face would ooze and bleed. If you look closely at the picture you can see little lesions on his nose. We tried many different treatments and diagnostics to find out what was causing Taz's discomfort. Some didn't help at all, and some seemed to help for only for a while. This left his owner and us very frustrated. All the while, Taz was being the best patient you could ask for. When we performed a skin biopsy under anesthesia we got our answer. Taz is now being treating appropriately with medication and a special diet and his owner is very pleased. Taz is looking better than ever.
